NetLearn has extensive experience in running projects around computer training. In 2007 NetLearn completed a project with the KZN DoE to take 500 CAT and IT educators through the ICDL. This project has been acknowledged as the most successful of its kind with NetLearn having delivered everything required, and more. An 83% pass rate was achieved.
During 2007 NetLearn also ran various successful one week Basic End-User Computing Training workshops for KZN Department of Education MST and ICT. This training was delivered to principals and other educators at various venues throughout the province.
In February 2008 NetLearn, in conjunction with Business Connexion and SITA, ran a successful project for KZN DOE. 500 CAT and IT educators received training in the advanced concepts for CAT and IT (JAVA) Grade 12 syllabus.
During 2008 NetLearn was awarded another tender by the Department of Education MST and ICT and is currently empowering 160 KZN Department of Education educators with Basic End-User Computing skills. Projects with the KZN Department of Education are on going.
