The International Computer Driving Licence® (ICDL) that was established as a result of the success of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) in Europe, is an internationally recognized qualification in core IT skills. Accredited by computer societies worldwide, it consists of seven modules; Basic Concepts of IT, Using the Computer and Managing Files, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Presentations and Information & Communication. The licence is awarded once a test in each of the seven modules has been passed. It confirms the holder has up-to-date computer skills.

An interactive, self-paced course containing 80 hours of learning material.
Within the interactive tutorial the on-line tutor is available at all times to provide feedback and support.
On-screen displays provide helpful information and feedback, while buttons provide easy navigation.
The electronic NoteTaker enables the contents of any screen to be added to a notes file for revising.
Each module has a JargonBuster which is a glossary of technical terms with definitions containing text and graphics.

AutoTest is a self-contained automated testing system – no other software is required.
Feature-rich software simulations test the user’s ability to carry out key tasks.
It significantly reduces the time and resources necessary to administer and correct tests.
Question types are mainly performance based, but also include click and drag and multiple choice items.
Extensive reporting capabilities provide both detailed and summary reports.
The Practice Test allows students to familiarise themselves with AutoTest prior to taking the actual exam.
